Just 312 miles today. Still, we made it from Davenport, IA to Omaha, NE. One of my people had some work to do today, so we spent some time at “Iowa 80” – the world’s largest truck stop where I charged and became a mobile office. The rest of the family went off to see the trucking museum. I wonder when one of my siblings will be featured there as the first electric pickup truck to market?
We made some more progress, but also stopped to see the Herbert Hoover National Historic Site in West Branch, IA.
Generally, my family and I would fuel up concurrently. Tonight, though, we stopped and I just rested while they had supper around sunset.
